The Edmonton Arts Council has just announced an inaugural cash prize for an eligible local filmmaker, worth $10,000! Some of the latest happenings in and around Edmonton (Family Day, Silver Skate, Winefest...) Apparently, it's been there for about two years, but it's certainly brand new to me.
